Founded in 2009, CGLA is Chattanooga’s pioneering all-girls public charter school. As Tennessee’s first all-girls charter school and the region’s first STEM-focused institution, CGLA empowers young women to become the next generation of leaders in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The school serves students from Chattanooga’s urban core, offering them a unique educational experience that fosters academic excellence, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Challenge
Our goal was to help CGLA amplify its message and vision to a broader audience. We needed to raise awareness about the school’s groundbreaking mission, highlight its diverse programs, and attract both future students and potential donors. In doing so, we aimed to not only bolster enrollment but also generate support to fund the school’s distinctive STEM and leadership initiatives.
Our Approach
Our comprehensive strategy involved a combination of content creation, digital marketing, and design to engage the CGLA community and strengthen its public presence. This multifaceted approach included:

1. Social Media Management
We created and maintained an active, engaging social media presence for CGLA. By curating and scheduling posts that showcased the school’s unique curriculum and programming, we helped build a vibrant online community. Attending school events and capturing real-time content allowed us to keep the school’s social channels fresh and relevant. Additionally, we leveraged paid advertising to further expand CGLA’s reach and drive engagement.
2. Film Production
We produced a variety of videos and films, ranging from brief school announcements to powerful storytelling pieces used to promote the school’s mission and raise funds. 3. Photography

Our design team crafted a suite of print materials to support CGLA’s recruitment and fundraising efforts.
